How do I measure between the front and back legs?

Stand your pet naturally on a flat surface and measure the distance from the back of the front leg to the front of the hind leg (Fore and Aft Leg Distance on our Size Guide). This ensures their legs sit naturally without chafing.

What if my pet’s weight and measurements point to two different sizes?

Always prioritize Chest Girth and Fore/Aft Leg Distance over weight. If your pet has thick fur or falls between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for a relaxed, comfortable fit.

Can my dog relieve itself while inside the carrier?

The carrier has a dedicated tail hole and open bottom structure, but it is not intended for bathroom use. We recommend taking your dog out for quick potty breaks during long outings.

Will the leg openings rub against or pinch my pet’s skin?
